The role combines technology and business development, cultivating relationships with customers’ C-suite teams and driving ROI with CX automation. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the customer’s choice, educate markets on Verint DaVinci AI, and collaborate with product and services teams to deliver strategic value across complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) to Seven (7) years' of experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Lead internal stakeholders and drive value propositions for customers.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs.
• Architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Travel approximately 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a focus on ROI.
• Manage and nurture executive customer relationships through ROI discussions with marquee accounts.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science and Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the Verint Open CCaaS platform as the platform of choice.
• Present Verint’s Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
• Provide insights into data architectures and industry trends to differentiate the platform.
• Build thought leadership through speaking opportunities and networking.
• Deliver content across channels to demonstrate the value of the Verint Open CCaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing to engage partners and customers within the ecosystem.
• Identify white spaces in customer accounts and drive closure of opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
