Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years' experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior executives; tie tech to value.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Sell CX automation solutions to C-suite with ROI focus.
• Nurture executive relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on ML/data science, articulate Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position Open CCaaS as platform of choice.
• Present Data Hub capabilities to IT and Data Science teams.
• Grow thought leadership through speaking and networking.
