Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role blends technology and business development to drive ROI through CX automation, engaging with customers’ C-suite teams.

The Sr. Solution Consultant will collaborate with product, solutions, and services teams, educating markets, customers, and partners while leading strategic ROI-driven conversations and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years of experience with contact center operations, vendor or deployment.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and articulate value propositions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP/ERP data ecosystems is preferred.
• Experience with data lakes/data warehouses on AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with executives.
• Willingness to travel ~30–50%.
• Background checks and credit screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a senior SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with ROI focus.
• Nurture executive relationships and drive adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ML, data science, and Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the Verint Open CCaaS platform as the platform of choice.
• Present Engagment Data Hub capabilities to IT and Data Science teams.
• Provide industry insights through data architecture and analytics expertise.
• Build a thought leadership profile via speaking and networking.
• Deliver content across channels to articulate platform value to target audiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop ecosystem engagement strategies.
• Identify white spaces in accounts and drive closure of opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
