Job summary

A leading fitness studio in Albuquerque is seeking a Customer Experience Member who excels in customer service and sales. The ideal candidate is energetic, has strong leadership abilities, and is eager to promote a positive fitness culture. Previous sales experience, particularly in high-end goods or services, is preferred. This role offers flexibility and opportunities for development and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Experience and/or certifications in personal training, group training, Spin and yoga are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote and sell the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
