Job summary

Charter Communications is offering a paid, full-time 11-week internship in Charlotte, NC, from May 26 to August 6, 2027. The program combines department work with internship experiences, mentorship, and professional development to help you grow personally and professionally.

We seek rising seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA and ability to travel to local intern events. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern events.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support development team on customer experience projects when ready to hand off to development.
• Review scope, requirements, journey maps, and experiences to determine feasibility and technical needs.
• Create documentation about requirements and customer journeys with journey owners.
• Lead integration with the development team and ensure communications are ready for transfer to development.
