Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship designed to provide real-world experience in the telecommunications industry. You’ll work across two teams, participate in professional development, mentorship, and networking activities, and contribute to meaningful customer-experience projects.

You must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.

Responsibilities

• Work with development and journey owners on customer experience projects and handoffs.
• Review scope, requirements, journey maps, and experiences to determine feasibility and technical needs.
• Create documentation about requirements and experiences for the customer journey.
• Lead integration with development teams and ensure communications are ready for handoff to begin development.
