Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, seeks motivated students for a paid internship in Georgia. This 11-week program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, offering real-world exposure, professional development, mentorship, and networking within the telecommunications industry.

You’ll work with two teams, focusing 80% on department projects and 20% on internship experiences, with opportunities to present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Device Trade-In and Upgrade team with analytics, operations and partner-facing initiatives.
• Conduct deep-drive analysis on trade-in reporting data, focusing on pricing trends and liquidation performance.
• Perform outlier analysis to flag pricing or performance anomalies and support data-driven decision-making.
• Review end-to-end trade-in and upgrade processes and identify inefficiencies for improvements.
• Assist in evaluating marketing promotions and optimize future promo strategies.
• Support buyer sourcing, onboarding new buyers and strengthening relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trade-in partners, marketing and operations to achieve program-wide goals.
