Job summary

Gusto is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to own the CX data layer, build pipelines, models, and dashboards that enable trusted, self‑serve CX insights.

You will apply statistical methods and AI‑driven techniques to uncover opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform CX strategy. This role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with data teams, and scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Governance.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency, capable of querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong data modeling and schema design with experience on Snowflake.
• Proven experience building robust data reporting pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Experience designing or operating governance for AI-assisted analytics outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambiguous problems, design analyses and measurement frameworks for data integrity.
• Deliver high-impact data projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Partner with CX leaders and cross-functional teams to align on strategy.
• Apply advanced statistics and AI‑driven anomaly detection to improve CX outcomes.
• Develop and scale reporting with DBT/Snowflake pipelines and monitoring.
• Work independently to prioritize and deliver data initiatives.
