Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Governance.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for large datasets.
• Foundation in data modeling, schema design, and data quality practices, with Snowflake.
• Experience building robust data reporting pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Experience governing AI-assisted analytics outputs and dashboards.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the CX data layer, build pipelines, models, and dashboards.
• Deliver high-impact data projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Partner with CX leaders and cross-functional data teams to align on strategy.
• Apply advanced statistics and AI-driven anomaly detection to improve CX.
• Define DBT and Snowflake data pipelines and monitor data quality.
• Mentor other data practitioners and scale best practices.
