Job summary

GEODIS in Brentwood, TN, is seeking an Analyst CX to translate data into meaningful insights and dashboards. You will collect, validate, and organize data from multiple systems to support performance reviews and decision‑making.

The role partners across teams to define KPIs, produce recurring reports, and investigate variances. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in analytics and strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics, supply chain, logistics, or reporting experience.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, problem-solving, and presenting findings.
• Experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Power BI and SQL experience preferred.
• Supply-chain or logistics exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translates complex data into clear dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, and business insights.
• Develops, maintains, and distributes KPI and performance dashboards for customer accounts, operations, and leadership.
• Collects, validates, and organizes data from multiple systems to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• Monitors operational and customer KPIs to identify trends, service gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partners with account management and operations to define KPIs, targets, thresholds, and reporting requirements.
• Creates recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for customer and internal business reviews.
• Investigates performance variances and summarizes key drivers, root causes, and recommended actions.
• Supports customer health scorecards using operational, financial, service, and relationship metrics.
• Collaborates with operations, finance, engineering, solutions, transportation, and account management to validate findings and support decision‑making.
