Qualifications

• 5+ years CX/CCaaS channel creation experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with TSD channel partners to drive sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for partner programs and enablement.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop CX channel partner regional strategy, managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue.
• Build business plans with focus partners to drive Zoom adoption in CX portfolio.
• Work with Partners to capture and leverage contracts for Zoom’s CX platform.
• Execute sales training and provide marketing support.
• Track sales pipeline, bookings against quota and attainment.
