Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Consultant for Customer Experience & Business Process Improvement (CX & BPI) with a global remit to drive transformation and enhance performance. In this hybrid role, you will engage senior leaders to shape program strategy, guide cross-functional projects, analyze data, and implement change management initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically, 6+ years of experience supporting transformation projects.
• Proven ability to define program structure, governance, and KPI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders.
• Support cross-functional transformation projects by identifying opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams.
• Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program's readiness to launch, developing action plans, leading program mobilization efforts, and providing advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program.
• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements.
• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change.
• Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes, including stakeholder assessments and communications.
• Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems.
• Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
