Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in project/results-driven roles or sales management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in deployment/technology enablement.
• Previous foodservice experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Camtasia).
• Experience leveraging Salesforce, Confluence and Jira to support deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Build Intercom user experience through Bot automation on our platforms.
• Create and maintain KBAs; source and update end-user marketing content via Intercom for nationwide distribution.
• Maintain knowledge of CX product suite; stay updated on features and roadmap.
• Produce brand-standard videos from scripting to editing for end users.
• Collaborate with Deployment, Support and Product Leadership to prioritize work and implement processes.
• Document requests and outbound contacts using internal systems.
