PACCAR Parts in Renton, WA is offering a Summer Internship in Customer Experience Analytics. The role provides exposure to Customer Experience processes and collaboration with multiple departments.

You will build and update dashboards, analyze data, and use SQL and Python to drive insights for dealers and end customers. Ideal candidates are enrolled in college, with strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers to assist with business processes.
• Review and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and update dashboards and analytics on customer service data.
• Update existing dashboards to be visually appealing and easy to navigate for end-users.
• Utilize SQL/Python to provide business insights and automate processes.
