Job summary

PACCAR Parts is offering a Summer Internship in Customer Experience Analytics at its Renton, WA headquarters. The selected candidate will support the Vehicle Support Center with data-driven insights to optimize operations and strategic decision-making.

You will work directly with managers and senior leadership, gain exposure to industry-leading processes, and develop dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, and Streamlit. Relocation assistance may be offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student (undergrad junior or senior preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with flexibility to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to improve business processes.
• Review and analyze department operations within an industry leading CRM.
• Develop and update dashboards to visualize customer experience department metrics.
• Propose and develop data-driven business solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Python and/or Streamlit to provide insights and automate processes.
• Lead or contribute to Six Sigma projects.
