Job summary

PACCAR Parts invites students for a Summer Internship in Customer Experience - Reverse Logistics at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will work with professionals on initiatives spanning warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns, gaining exposure to aftermarket operations and business analytics.

You'll develop dashboards and reports, analyze return transactions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student (junior or senior preferred).
• Strong interest in supply chain, business, or analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reverse logistics data to identify trends, process improvement opportunities, and operational efficiencies
• Support Warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns teams with reporting, project coordination, and process documentation
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and business metrics used to monitor performance
• Review and analyze return transactions, warranty claims, and core recovery activity to identify potential improvements
• Assist with process mapping and documentation of current and future-state workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Product Support, Inventory Management, IT, and Parts Distribution Centers
• Support testing and implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives
• Research root causes of recurring issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions
