Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager, CX Adoption Analytics & Insights Lead to drive data-driven adoption across internal AI platforms. You will measure usage, engagement, and barriers, translating findings into actionable recommendations for the GTM & Adoption leadership.

You will build standards for telemetry, own core metrics, and partner with Learning, Community, and Communications leads to maximize value realization and ROI across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in product analytics, digital telemetry, or marketing growth analytics.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and product analytics platforms.
• Experience establishing measurement standards, frameworks, or analytical methodologies adopted across teams.
• Ability to influence business or product decisions through data storytelling and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience diagnosing root causes of adoption stalls and routing findings to the right team.

Responsibilities

• Track adoption metrics and platform engagement across colleagues.
• Identify friction points and diagnose root causes of adoption stalls.
• Provide actionable recommendations to the Head of GTM and Adoption.
• Partner with learning, community, and communications leads on measurement.
• Synthesize data insights into executive-ready reporting.
