Qualifications

• 7+ years in CX/UX or product research with hands-on execution of studies.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with applied statistics foundations.
• Hands-on researcher able to independently plan, field, and analyze studies without external vendors, using Python or R when needed.
• Experience integrating AI into research workflows to speed insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for product design and development.
• Integrate AI into research workflows to accelerate study design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on user impact and KPIs.
• Manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Mentor junior researchers and promote best practices.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment.
