Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting a Warehouse Associate in Union City, CA to support shipping, receiving, item staging, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Offers include weekly pay, onboarding specialist support, access to Adecco's Aspire Academy for upskilling, and company benefits. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with Sat 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; pay is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Dock or warehouse experience within the transportation industry.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
• Ability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders for processing.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and shipped.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load information to ensure timely deliveries and accurate load tracking.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
