Job summary

OST Workforce is seeking a trainer/content developer to support training implementation for CWIS Child Welfare modules in North Carolina. The role requires statewide travel up to 30%, with some evenings and weekends.

You will analyze CWIS functionality, design training, create materials, and deliver classroom and online trainings for adult learners. Work with Training Lead, Agile teams, and SMEs to ensure effective training.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training for adult learners
• Familiarity with CWIS or similar case management systems
• Ability to translate software functionality into learning materials
• Experience with scheduling and QA of training materials
• Collaboration with SMEs, technical staff, and training teams
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Analyze CWIS functionality to develop learning solutions
• Design and develop classroom and eLearning materials
• Maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts
• Deliver facilitator-led and virtual training sessions
• Support multiple modules across child welfare programs
• Coordinate with Training Lead and Development Team for requirements
