Job summary

NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks contract resources to assist with training and implementation of the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS). The trainer will analyze CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning and eLearning modules for system implementation.

The role involves designing materials, maintainingAdobe FrameMaker templates, and delivering effective classroom and virtual training for staff overseeing CWIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum design for adult learners.
• Understanding of social services programs that drive CWIS.
• Ability to translate CWIS functionality into learning materials.
• Experience with scheduling and QA checks on training materials.
• Collaboration with subject matter experts and teams to assure effectiveness.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Moodle or similar LMS, XML/HTML.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CWIS functionality to develop classroom and eLearning solutions.
• Design training and develop course materials for instructors and staff.
• Maintain FrameMaker templates and scripts used in courses.
• Deliver classroom and virtual trainings to diverse employees.
• Coordinate with Training Lead and Development Team to meet requirements.
• Support scheduling, QA checks, and stakeholder coordination.
