Job summary

STI is seeking a Child Welfare Readiness Liaison to support the North Carolina CWIS implementation. The role requires extensive statewide travel up to 90% and involves facilitating meetings, communicating with state and county staff, and coordinating with CWIS teams.

The position emphasizes policy expertise in NC Child Welfare, CWIS/NC FAST functionality, and guiding new users through data submission. Travel expenses are reimbursed per state protocol.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Change management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings, conferences, and activities to advocate for CWIS readiness.
• Maintain and enhance communication with state and county staff on CWIS issues.
• Coordinate with CWIS policy/project teams to troubleshoot and report issues.
• Travel statewide to support CWIS readiness and implementation.
