Job summary

Paraquad, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) to provide benefits analysis and counseling to Social Security beneficiaries returning to work.

You will assess eligibility, gather benefit information, explain work incentives, and coordinate with SSA, VR, and support teams to help clients maintain benefits while pursuing employment. This role supports Paraquad's mission to promote independence for people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to provide accessible communication and clear counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intakes to evaluate eligibility and needs.
• Collect and verify benefits information from all programs.
• Explain how work affects benefits and help plan incentives.
• Develop and share Benefits Summary and Analysis reports.
• Coordinate with SSA, VR, and support teams to resolve issues.
