Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist for a CVOR unit position requiring a minimum of 3 years of open heart surgery experience. The role is a 13-week travel assignment with 3x12-hour shifts from 7a-7p, on-site in a hospital CVOR setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of open heart surgery and heart failure cases.
CST certification required.
BLS certification required.
ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
License required if applicable.
COVID vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital CVOR unit.
13-week travel assignment with 3x12-hour shifts from 7a-7p.
Weekend and call requirements apply.
Heart failure, lung, and heart transplant cases preferred.
Lung and heart transplant case experience is preferred.
Accepts local candidates at the same rate as traveler rate.
No radius rule for candidate eligibility.
Former permanent employees must have a 90-day break in service before returning as a traveler.
