Job summary

Banner Health seeks experienced CVOR Surgical Technologists in Phoenix to support adult CVOR procedures across Banner Boswell, Estrella, Thunderbird, University Medical Center and Desert Medical Center locations. You will scrub on at least two specialties and assist in high‑volume, cutting‑edge cardiac and vascular cases.

Qualifications

• Certification as a surgical technologist required or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in scrubbing on at least two surgical specialties.
• Must stay current with safety and sterilization standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for procedures; pull instruments and ensure working order.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments.
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures.
• Assist with OR turnover and stocking supplies.
• Lead training of staff and students as assigned.
