Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City, AZ, seeks an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to scrub on at least two surgical specialties and assist the physician during procedures. Under RN supervision, you will hand instruments, maintain aseptic technique, and support the OR team in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, day shift, and opportunities to work with DaVinci Robot, O Arm, and TAVAR programs while contributing to excellent patient care and operational

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with current BLS certification.
• Certified Surgical Technologist with 1–2 years experience or 3–4 years in role.
• Must scrub proficiently on a minimum of two surgical specialties.
• Must be registered with State Regulatory Agency where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Select and place instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery.
• Scrub and provide instruments, sutures, and sterile supplies.
• Assist training and orientation of staff and students as assigned.
• Maintain aseptic technique and universal precautions throughout procedures.
• Support OR turnover, stocking, and cleaning of operating rooms.
