Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program; Required.
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program; Required.
• 2 years perioperative RN or RNFA experience; Required.
• 3 years minimum experience as RN or Surgical Tech in the CVOR if CVOR work is involved; Required.
• Georgia RN licensure and CNOR/CRNFA/BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; Required.

• Functions as an RN First Assistant during operative and invasive procedures; may act as RN circulator when needed.
