Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to join our care team in Missouri. You will provide high-quality patient care using our Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process, while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with the surgical team and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care, uphold Mercy Service Standards, and support the mission of compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Six months OR experience; proficient in Level I requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinates patient care with the surgical team and other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and Standards.
