Job summary

Serco is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation to oversee engineering and technical services supporting overhaul and repair of systems on U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers.

The position requires active DoD Secret clearance and will be located in Brementon, WA. The role involves leading technical teams, coordinating with Ship's Force, and ensuring maintenance planning and repair for HM&E, propulsion, and aviation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams providing technical guidance on Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) and aviation equipment and systems for naval propulsion, electronics, and damage control components.
• Inspect, examine, analyze, and repair naval propulsion and auxiliary systems; advise on maintenance planning and repair actions.
• Maintain liaison with Ship's reactor department prior to inspections, testing, and production work.
• Oversee fault identification and ship's force support for repairs of propulsion and related systems on Navy carriers and surface ships.
• Provide technical support and guidance for operation, overhaul, and repair of auxiliary machinery, electrical, hull, and aviation systems as directed.
