Job summary

Community Health System is seeking an RN for a new 24-bed unit caring for moderate to high acuity cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and pharmacists to develop and execute individualized care plans.

The role requires an active California RN license and BLS certification, with a minimum of 1 year in ICU/Critical Care. Relocation options, sign-on incentives, and education programs are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN Critical Care experience.
• Current valid California RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for moderate to high acuity cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients in a 24-bed unit.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and pharmacists to implement care plans.
• Maintain RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2 and support multidisciplinary patient care integration.
