Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking an ICU nurse for the night shift to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia. You will develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and medical orders, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

RN license in good standing required or exam pending.
BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
Experience in ICU nursing and complex patient care required.
Accurate documentation and clear communication essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care across ICU and related departments.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists and nurses for coordinated care.
Manage daily schedules and unit staffing and equipment.
Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
