Qualifications

• RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ICU experience preferred and applicable clinical ladder.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physiological and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and safety.
• Document care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations promptly and provide interventions.
