Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and adjust individualized care plans per standards.
Administer medications safely and monitor for reactions.
Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment.
Document care and outcomes accurately in the chart.
Ensure infection control and safety regulatory compliance.
Provide emotional support and engage in performance improvement.
