Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and conducts ongoing patient assessments.
• Documents health data and develops evidence-based care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments per order, ensuring safety.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Promotes patient placement, admission, discharge, transfer per policy.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and care plans.
• Ensures handoff communication and compliance with safety protocols.
• Participates in quality and safety initiatives.
