Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on hands-on acute bedside care with a patient-centered approach.

Full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. State licensure, BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP per population, BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and eligible for state licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in critical care nursing is preferred.
• Licensure as RN in practice state required; multi-state licenses acceptable per rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside in CVICU.
• Coordinate and monitor patient conditions in a high-acuity setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
