Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Multispecialty Care team at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate provides hands-on acute patient care at the bedside and supports patients and families with compassion and clinical expertise.

The position requires RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN is preferred. Schedule is Nights, 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Compensation ranges based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Adhere to shift schedule: Nights, 36 hrs/wk, 7pm-7am.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a multispecialty setting.
