Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on bedside acute patient care, with a nights schedule of 7pm–7am and 36 hours per week.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available based on experience. Qualified candidates hold an RN license in state of practice (multi-state license allowed per compact), with BLS required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Nursing core functions within IMC department, night shift.
• Provide care aligned with HSHS core values and patient-centered service.
