Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff during shift and assign tasks.
• Monitor patient care and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Lead code situations and emergency responses.
• Ensure isolation precautions and equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy and ancillary staff.
• Prepare and relay shift reports to the Nurse Manager.
