Job summary

The role leads nursing staff development, champions quality outcomes, and partners with the Director to guide clinical operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics. This position requires ACLS/BLS, a BSN, and at least five years CVICU experience with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date
• BCLS required
• RN license (registered nurse) required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Minimum five years of nursing experience in CVICU/ICU/Cardiovascular
• At least one year of supervisory experience in direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Oversee care of adult and geriatric patients in the CVICU
• Develop and evaluate nursing staff and ensure operational performance
• Serve as patient advocate and lead in clinical operations, throughput, finance, HR and quality outcomes
