Job summary

Intac Solution is seeking qualified professionals to join its CVD department in Malta, NY. The role involves hands-on maintenance of semiconductor processing equipment at customer sites, driving continuous improvement, and leading installation projects.

You will serve as the main technical contact, gather VOC feedback, and collaborate with the HQ in Korea on root-cause analyses. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, semiconductor equipment experience, and is comfortable with 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering is required.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and processes is required.
• CVD/ALD experience is a strong plus.
• Bilingual communication with Korea HQ is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20%+ domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to support extended hours as needed by customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency equipment maintenance at customer sites to maximize tool uptime.
• Manage Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and analyze equipment alarms to develop solutions.
• Act as primary technical contact, manage VOC feedback, and lead customer meetings.
• Lead equipment installation projects, ensuring completion on schedule and EH&S compliance.
• Coordinate root cause analysis with Global HQ in Korea and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate technical records and update SOPs and check sheets.
