4over is seeking a Cutter Operator I for the 3rd shift in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves setting up and safely operating cutting equipment to meet customer specs, with training possibly at other times. Compensation ranges from $21.42 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Six months–one year of related experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate batching system to ensure the completion of assignments.
• Identify priority jobs to be completed.
• Review job tickets and plan work processes to meet customer specifications for custom jobs.
• Collaborate with side cutter operators by communicating, inspecting and identifying order types.
• Troubleshoot machines and notify production management of issues; replace worn cutting blades and set up job specifications.
• Monitor apparatus during run to ensure adherence to specifications and speed.
• Ensure completion of assignments by meeting quality/quantity specifications.
• Complete and process all required paperwork and maintain housekeeping.
