Job summary

4over in Moonachie, NJ is seeking a Cutter Operator I to set up and safely run cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy to customer specs and company procedures. This on-site role demands attention to detail and adherence to safety policies.

You will work 1st shift, Monday–Friday, typically 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with hourly pay of $17.00 to $19.00, commensurate with experience. A high school diploma or GED and experience with Polar/Saber cutters are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience with cutting machines.
• Experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cutting equipment to meet customer specs.
• Identify priority jobs and plan work flow accordingly.
• Review tickets and adjust processes to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot machines and notify management of issues.
• Replace worn cutting blades and run approved jobs.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to safety protocols.
