Job summary

4over is seeking a Cutter Operator I for the 2nd shift at our Arlington, TX plant. The role involves setting up and safely running cutting equipment to meet customer specifications, with attention to quality and efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related machine experience. Work hours are 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a rate of $15.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience with cutting machines in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting equipment and set up jobs according to specs.
• Identify priority jobs and plan workflows to meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and notify supervision of issues.
• Replace worn blades and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Fill out and process required paperwork and records.
