Job summary

4over is seeking a Cutter Operator I for the 3rd shift in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on setting up and safely operating cutting equipment to produce products that meet exact customer specifications.

Key duties include prioritizing jobs, inspecting tickets, coordinating with side cutters, and maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety. Training may occur at other times as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Six months – one year of related experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up cutting equipment to meet customer specifications.
• Identify priority jobs and plan work processes accordingly.
• Review job tickets and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify management as needed.
• Complete paperwork and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
