Job summary

The Bernard Group Inc. in Minnesota is seeking skilled Machine Operators for our Cutting Department to cut printed materials to exact specifications using a Zund digital die-cutting machine.

The role is based in Chanhassen, MN, with morning shifts and a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. You will join a collaborative team in a 1,000-person, 100% employee-owned company, contributing to world-class products and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in printing or machine operations a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specifications.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards.
• Perform maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shift.
