Job summary

The Bernard Group is seeking a full-time Machine Operator to join the Cutting Department in Chanhassen, MN. You will operate a Zund digital die cutting machine, ensuring materials meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills including ePace and Google, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset capable of independent work and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations a plus but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specifications.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards.
• Perform maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shift
