Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. is recruiting a Machine Operator for the Cutting department in Chanhassen, MN. This full-time role focuses on cutting printed materials to exact specifications using a Zund digital die cutting machine, with Sunday–Tuesday 6:00 am–6:00 pm shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Prior printing or machine-operating experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cutting machines to form printed materials to customer specifications.
• Perform QC procedures to meet Company standards.
• Perform maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shift.
