Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a courteous and experienced server for Cutthroat’s Saloon at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino. This full-time, on-site role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with professionalism to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, maintain table settings, and follow health regulations while providing warm, knowledgeable service in a vibrant setting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in a high-volume or casual-upscale environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming environment.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.

Position Summary

Servers are responsible for ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience by providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
