Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Bistro 300 Server to join our team. The role involves serving guests in a full-service restaurant/lounge, presenting food and drink options, and contributing to a memorable experience that encourages brand loyalty.

Shifts run 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am, including weekends and holidays. The hourly rate is $10.06, with several benefits and growth opportunities available within Hyatt’s caring culture.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail/server experience preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

What You’ll Do:

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

This a full-time position with a schedule that requires afternoon/evening shifts from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am including weekends and holidays. Hourly rate for this position is $10.06.
