Job summary

Natera's Cutaneous Oncology team seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive adoption of Signatera across the Southwest region (Southern California, Arizona, Colorado). This field-based role collaborates with Dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, and Medical Oncologists to support patient care.

The COS will build strategic relationships, develop territory plans, meet sales objectives, and travel as needed to engage academic medical centers and community practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably within the Cutaneous / Dermatology / Melanoma Space and in molecular diagnostics or precision medicine.
• Knowledge of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Natera's oncology portfolio, clinical data, reimbursement landscape, competitive positioning, and internal processes.
• Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices to drive adoption of Natera's oncology portfolio.
• Engage Cutaneous oncologists, Dermatologists, Surgical Oncologists, and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.
• Conduct all business activities with integrity while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
